I am wanting to purchase a Samsung Galaxy note. But I do not see it online in the cricket phones available. But I can find it on other websites.  I know it was offered through cricket before for purchase.   I like to get rhe insurance provided, if I purchase from another retailer can I still get rhe cricket coverage.

When I first got cricket, like 5 years ago.. it had to be a cricket phone, to receive the insurance.

please and thank you

Hello there! Thanks for commenting on the Forum!

Some phones that are previously owned can be brought to Cricket. See this link to check your device’s eligibilty: https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/protect-my-phone/common-questions.html#ProtectBYOP

You’ll want to make sure that your future device will work on Cricket’s network as well. See this link to view BYOD compatible devices: https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/great-big-network/byod-compatibility.html

Hope this helps you!:green_heart:

They do not offer insurance on any of the note devices, the closest to the note they offer insurance on is the Samsung S10 series.

okay here's what you do if you want an amazing badass Galaxy phone in what you to go to the Samsung website and you and you buy a phone from zip because it is cheaper alright yes it may be refurbished but it comes with a manufacturer's warranty and an extended warranty I guarantee it it's unlocked so if you ever decide to switch companies you're more than welcome to do it because your phone's not under any contract has any company they have an amazing absolutely amazing the best customer service quickest response time the fastest turnaround for fixing your phone and sending you a phone I mean you couldn't ask for better I've had Samsung probably 4 the last 7 years I don't buy my phone anywhere else develop the reason why did you spend 10 times as much money at one of these retailers or at a some stores then you would have at Samsung any extra for smarter thing more cost-effective let me tell you what I am hell on phone the last phone did I have f i x e d b y Samsung not very long ago the screen was completely shattered you can still see their colors and if it would jump around and if I would have gotten the repair job done in my town it would have cost me more than my phone originally cost me and because I had the extended warranty and the manufacturer's warranty on it from Samsung instead of paying the $500 to get it fixed I paid what was the 100 dollars if that they sent me a phone check my phone and probably a week week and a half later I was going to go with a brand new phone all because I had the warranty and I had Samsung backing me
