The S10+ is not listed on the 5g compatibility list. That’s ridiculous.  You have the S10 and the S20, the S10+ cost me $1200.

Just switched to Cricket from AT&T yesterday.  I’m only getting 1.5mb download speed.  That’s terrible. I was getting 5mb or more on the AT&T.  I thought I was on their same network?

Looking now into possible changes to the APN to properly connect to 5G.

Questions:

  1. Anyone know the APN settings?
  2. Why isn’t the S10+ listed as compatible? Any ETA?
  3. I’m on BYOD plan, can I just buy a new phone from the compatible list and insert my existing SIM?

Thank you for commenting on the Community Forum! Here are the answers to your questions:

1.) https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/switch-to-cricket/bring-your-own-android.html

2.) Cricket will continue to add new devices to out BYOD list, however we do not have an ETA on additions to the list.

3.) Placing your sim card in a compatible device will work.
