Hello, I just activated my s9+ on the cricket network and it won't send video messages. It had stop sending both pics and videos on the tracfone network and now its just the videos. I've done all thr trouble shooting procedures i can find on line. Any suggestions?

Samgsung has announced they will be no longer be doing securty updated for s9 and s9 plus. I had a s9 and for the first 2 months it worked fine then it went dead just like last provider. So that lead me to think its not cellular service providers. A few hours of googleing and this came up

So if u cannot update phone via samsung or cricket then the phone becomes a brick essentially and its now a portable tablet.
