So I'm toying with the idea of upgrading my phone to a Samsung S20 FE. Take a look at the website and see it's $399. But wait..... As soon as I log into my account, the price jumps to $599. Seriously?!! This is how you entice customers to stay with the service? Disgusting. Totally and thoroughly disgusting.
And before the obligatory "contact us on Twitter or Farcebook" reply pops up, I don't do social media.
