Hi @amaliargz1

Thanks for posting. It is possible that the device you moved your SIM card to is not compatible with our network, which may have caused the line to be suspended. If you move your SIM card to a compatible phone, it should restore your line. If you need further assistance with this, please send us a PM to @CricketSupport with your wireless number, name on account, and IMEI of device.

  1. Check APN Settings: Ensure that your APN (Access Point Name) settings are correct for your Cricket carrier. APN settings can differ between devices and carriers, so make sure to verify that the settings on your new smartphone match the ones recommended by Cricket. You can usually find the APN settings in the phone's network settings.

  2. Restart the Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your new smartphone, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. concrete repair Salt Lake City

  3. Check Mobile Data and Roaming Settings: Make sure that mobile data is enabled in your new smartphone's settings. Additionally, if you're in an area with limited coverage from your Mexican carrier, check if roaming is enabled, as it may be necessary for accessing data outside your carrier's network.

  4. Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your new smartphone's software is up to date. Manufacturers often release updates that can fix bugs and improve overall performance, including connectivity issues.

  5. Remove and Reinsert the SIM Card: Try removing the Cricket SIM card from your new smartphone and reinserting it. Ensure that it's properly seated in the SIM card slot.

  6. Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists, reach out to your Mexican carrier's customer support. They may be able to assist you with troubleshooting and ensure that your account and SIM card are activated correctly for internet access.

  7. Test the SIM Card in Another Phone: If possible, try using the Cricket SIM card in another compatible phone to see if the issue is specific to the new smartphone or if it's related to the SIM card or carrier.

  8. Check Network Coverage: Ensure that your new smartphone is within an area with adequate network coverage. If you're in a remote or low-coverage area, it might affect your internet connection.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be necessary to visit a local store of your Mexican carrier or contact their support for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot and identify any specific issues with your phone or account that might be causing the problem.

Remember, resolving connectivity issues might require a combination of software settings, network coverage, and carrier support, so don't hesitate to reach out for help if needed.
