Hi everyone,  I have a Galaxy s20 plus.  When I receive messages while phone is off, it does not display the time the message was received, but when the phone was turned on. This is only occurring with txt not mms. Using built-in samsung messaging. The attached image is what I received from Cricket via Facebook Messagner

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey @RayDeville

Thanks for posting! I do recall when I used to use Android, this was a normal thing when using SMS. It would always tell me the time the SMS was “received” on device which was when device was turned on.

My brother has a Galaxy Z Flip. At&t. When his phone is off it still registers the time of receipt, not when phone is turned on.

I'm using the stock messaging app. When I first got the phone I didn't have this issue.  After two weeks, that's when it started. Have factory reset, twice. Does not do this on mms. Is it a carrier issue?

Crafting a visual symphony of ideas has become second nature with the wealth of stock photos I've found. It's akin to conducting an orchestra, with each image representing a different instrument. Together, they coffee cup vector harmonize to create compositions that resonate with audiences and convey the essence of my projects.
