Text messages can not send WHY??? Cricket your really pissing me off!!!!

I've tried everything I have a note 8 unlocked I've been with cricket for 3 years and I can't send a text message to save my life it just happened out of nowhere yesterday I've called them five times now been on hold for more than 2 hours the coronavirus is not the reason why I can't send a text message I own my own business this is affecting it let alone everything else going on if they don't fix by tomorrow I'm dropping them I want a full refund for this month and I will never use them again I cannot send a text message I can receive them I can phone call outgoing incoming cannot send a text message one more time cricket cannot send a text message f****** idiot

@cdexter that might be the issue.. @jdigiacomo78 have you checked your APN settings? You might also need a new SIM card.

Have you tried making sure your APN settings are correct? That may be the reason for the issues.
