I like hassle free. That’s what brought me to Cricket in the first place. I enrolled, paid, got a discount for autopay, and forgot about it for like.. 10 years or something.
See, from my perspective, I’m one of the most valuable customer types. Yes, take my money. I may get a cheaper deal else where but so long as I don’t have to think about it and it doesn’t give me trouble I’m fine to chill here.
But then Cricket randomly decides to discontinue supporting my phone for no apparent reason?
That’s not chill.
So now I’ll go elsewhere and pay less because I will not let my phone carrier dictate which phone I can use. Thank you and goodnight.
