Unable to use mobile data

I am unable to access mobile data on my Samsung Galaxy S9. The airplane mode icon is light blue (not fully blue, not fully greyed out, but somewhere in between) and mobile data does not work.

I have tried uninstalling 3rd party apps, doing factory reset, resetting network preference, updating software, configuring APN settings according to Cricket documentation, and every other solution I could find online, Nothing seems to work. The data had been working fine until about 3 weeks ago.

Help....anyone at Cricket?

Hey @brianrosenblum, it might be a tower issue in your area. I would reach out to their Digital Care Team on Facebook or Twitter. They can check your coverage area & other stuff to try and figure out what the problem is.
