Called customer service, they reset my voicemail. Talked to char, r & r sim card. Nothing works. Callers get busy signal and can't leave messages if I don't answer. If I call my phone, using my phone, I can get to leave message, and it shows up on visual voicemail.

Thanks for your response. Found the problem. Setting in my phone settings. The call forwarding (to) number eas wrong. I reset as Crickets (my) voicemail number. Works as it should now.

Called customer service, they reset my voicemail. Talked to char, r & r sim card. Nothing works. Callers get busy signal and can't leave messages if I don't answer. If I call my phone, using my phone Hourly rate calculation, I can get to leave message, and it shows up on visual voicemail.

It sounds like you're having issues with your voicemail and callers not being able to leave messages when you don't answer. Since you've already spoken to customer service and tried resetting your voicemail and the SIM card, here are a few other things you can try:

  1. Check your phone's settings: Make sure your phone is set up to receive voicemails and that the voicemail box is not full. You can also try turning your phone off and back on again to see if that helps.

  2. Contact your service provider: If you're still having issues, it may be a problem with your service provider's network. Contact them again and explain the issue in detail. They may be able to troubleshoot the problem or escalate it to a higher level of support.

  3. Try a different phone: If you have access to another phone, try forwarding your calls to that phone and see if the voicemail works properly on the other device. This will help you determine if the problem is with your phone or your service.

  4. Use a third-party voicemail service: There are several third-party voicemail services available that you can use instead of your phone's built-in voicemail. These services can often provide additional features and may be more reliable than your phone's voicemail.

Hopefully, one of these solutions will help you resolve the issue and get your voicemail working properly
