I just updated my phone. The phone won't connect to network. I've tried turning the mobile network on and off, finding the network by scanning but still no luck. On top of that, its set on talk back, which means it narrates everything. Plus it won't let me scroll down anything nor get to the app drawer. I've talked with Cricket agents but to no avail. They suggested I go to a local cricket. I don't know how much that will help. Am I missing something?
