Well, Cricket has locked my phone, and now they are claiming they did not lock it. To make matters worse, my amazing Samsung Note 9 does not qualify for Wifi-Calling. Does anyone know why?

A lot of Android devices unless they are purchased directly from Cricket will not have wifi calling and sometimes VoLTE/HD Voice as well.
If you didn't purchase your phone from Cricket that may be the reason for wifi calling not working.
