Wifi shows connected but my videos are always loading and buffering. Got full strength on my wifi but my phone is not using it. I have an android A11
It sounds like it may be an issue with your WiFi. If it shows you are connected, it would be using the connection. You can always try to remove your WiFi connection and add it again. It may be a good idea to restart your WiFi modem/equipment as well to see if it can improve.
