I have been with Cricket for several years. I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and never had a problem. All of a sudden last week my text messages stopped sending to people 50% of the time (I can receive text messages just fine.) When I send a text, half of the texts I send will have a blue spinning circle next to them and then an error message pops up that says "message failed" and my phone asks me to review the message and try again. Sometimes when I click "retry" it will send. Sometimes it won't. It happens no matter if I'm on wifi or not, and I for sure have full service. I've tried making sure my phone's SMSC number hasn't been changed or deleted. It hasn't. I refreshed it just in case. I've tried clearing the messaging cashe. Turning airplane mode on then off. Resetting my phone. Nothing has fixed the issue. What isn't making sense to me is the fact that some messages are sending and some aren't. Hello, I've been getting emails that parts of Samsung's cloud services will be expiring and transitioning to Microsoft Onedrive. I don't use Samsung Cloud to back up my Gallery photos, so I wasn't concerned, but I do believe I use it to back up my apps so that they'll switch over to future phones I buy. Will app backups be affected by these upcoming changes? Really appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.
I wonder if anyone else is finding that WhatsApp isn't functioning like it should on their Samsung S10+. My main issue is when I try to search for a GIF the screen goes funny and the keyboard doesn't pop up to type the search. Also, when sending an attachment, your give the option to send it quickly to your most recent/popular recipients but when you tap one of them it just loads all the other send options.
HiJust recently my fairly new S10 has been showing the above message at least once a day, even if I haven't been playing a game. I've had a couple of casual games on my phone since I've had it but this is a recent notification, any idea of how to fix it? I can't delete the optimizer unfortunately.Thanks in advance.
I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy 20 FE a few weeks ago and the charging port isn’t making a connection to charge/transfer data. I have tried numerous cords, so it is definitely the phone itself. I’ve taken good care of the phone. Is there anything I can do about this? Will cricket let me exchange it for a working phone? Thanks.
Is there a way to fix the issue with the S22 hotspot. It is not working. I know it has been listed on a list of compatible devices but Is cricket going to add this feature? I've called customer service twice and they told me the phone should work woth hotspot based on the iemi but I could not get it to work, the second time the person was ugly about it and said I should have bought from cricket to get a working Hotspot. They did the same thing when I switched to cricket. They told me in store the phone I had would not work even though it was compatible and sold me a truly terrible phone so i went to the at&t phone i had and it did work. I know they wanna make their money, but I also dont like that an existing customer has to pay full price plus an upgrade fee just for a phone. I bought my phone unlocked as it was compatible with cricket based on the iemi, but it was the newest galaxy on the market and I don't enjoy spending an obscene amount of money for a new phone every year and

Ive been a Cricket customer since 2011, my phone’s paid off, & my account’s current.My new employer wants me on their AT&T business plan, & Ive been trying to unlock my phone from Cricket to AT&T for 3 weeks. When I go into the MyCricket app & click “Unlock Now”, I’m get an error code; “The server replied with a Registered Response with error code: 2”. Ive tried factory resetting my phone, Ive been to 2 different Cricket stores, Ive opened (4) case files, been to the AT&T store 4X, and spent over 14 hours either on the phone with 611, or on Cricket’s chat feature, & this is still not resolved.So, in frustration I bought a new phone & was told that AT&T can just port my # from Cricket to AT&T. This isn't working either, & now I'm in a constant loop of AT&T saying its an issue with Cricket not releasing my telephone #, while Cricket says its AT&T incorrectly entering in my Cricket account #, so they cancel the port request. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G. It installed a software update yesterday, and now I cannot make or receive phone calls. If I try to call out, it disconnects immediately (makes the sound like a call ended), and incoming calls go straight to voicemail without ringing. Texting and data appear to be working OK. How can this be corrected?
For the last 2 days most of my calls go straight to voicemail and sms texts do not work or are severely delayed (not helpful when waiting for access codes to other accounts). Worked with chat support yesterday for over an hour. Is it just a network outage or issue caused recently on ATT or other? Just acknowledge if so because I can’t spend all day on the phone or in chat support to try and resolve. Never had an issue with Cricket for 8 or so years until now.
With things moving to 5G, a lot of people have been forced to get new phones recently. When doing that, many will look to get the latest phone models. I've always got the latest Samsung Galaxy S. series and was surprised Cricket doesn't carry any of them. So they have basically eliminated that market. Other carriers are giving deals on those phones! Oh well, I checked and was told I could buy an unlocked phone elsewhere as long as it was listed in their supported phones Iist. Yay, the S22 is supported! So I went to Samsung and purchased my new S22. I also bought a case, screen protector, camera lens protector, and phone popsocket grip. I should be all set. The Sim card is the same size. I move the Sim a ND power it back on. No problem! I can make calls and send texts, so I start setting things up.
