Just wondering why my note 20 is not compatible. I purchased from Samsung about 6 months ago. I put the imei in the search and says it won't work. Also have a note 10 that comes up the same. These are top notch phones and are 4g lte phones. Why is cricket doing this and are they going to make everyone purchase a cricket phone now?
Ever since I paid my bill on the 10th of February my service hasn't been working. I talked to a cricket rep a few days ago and she said she was going to reset my service and to turn my phone off for 5 minutes and then turn it back on. I tried this for a day and it did not work. I called yesterday again and the rep had me reset my mobile network and remove my Sim and put it back in. She said if this didnt work that I might need to replace my Sim since it might be the problem. She said that I would need to go to a Cricket store and have them do a Sim check on my phone and that she would even call me back today at 12pm to guide me and in the meantime she would keep monitoring my connection. This did not work and she never called back. I still went ahead and went to my nearest Cricket store. They told me they didn't know what a Sim check was but I went ahead anyways and bought a new Sim card and had it installed just incase. This also did not work. I then called today using my wifi calling
I'm buying a Tab S6 at the end of the month and I'm going to use DeX as a laptop replacement. Now I'm a console gamer, but I play only a hand full of PC games on my laptop. Nihon Falcom games, Trails in the Sky trilogy, Xanadu Next, Ys, etc. They aren't graphic powerhouses, you can run them on anything, they're mostly updated PSP titles. They are on Steam. My question is, can I play them using DeX or is it still not possible?
I copied and pasted this from another user but tweeked a little because this is the exact situation im in right now! I have been a Cricket customer for about 12 years now. On Tuesday, my phone suddenly stopped working. It said it wasn't connected, and it said it was not permitted to make phone calls. I took it to the local cricket store, and we tried multiple methods to fix it, and even called customer service together several times. When I tried to enter my PIN for the account, it did not work. We tried several numbers none of them worked. They gave me a security question, but it was not a security question I had ever set. We finally came to the conclusion that someone had taken over my Cricket account and stole their way into my password/pin and changed the PIN and security question. I need to disable the SIM that is currently (fraudulently) attached to my Cricket phone number. I also need to change the PIN, challenge question, and password. I have called the customer service number

Boyfriend upgraded from a very old Samsung phone to the Samsung A14 5G through the Cricket website. His coworker helped him set it up and they used the SIM card from the old phone instead of the new one that came with the new phone. Whenever he calls anyone he sounds really muffled, the sound quality is terrible. He can hear people fine, but people can’t hear him well. We are still within the 7-Day window. My question is, could the muffled sound be from using the old SIM card? He took it into a Cricket store and they tried it by calling another store and told him to send the phone back . They couldn't really help since he had bought upgraded through the Cricket website. At this point could he even put the new sim card in? What would that do? How would that work? He said something about the activation on Cricket's website not working so I'm not even certain the new phone got activated in that way. Although it works, so I’m not sure how it isn’t activated. He's not at all tech savvy, so h
SAMSUNG A53 5G - Pressing POWER button, when phone is OFF and charging, does not invoke charge indication
HelloAs the title specifies.…The phone does charge.Indication when cellphone is off and connected to the charger is shown INITIALLY (once connected to the charger). If the POWER button is pressed while the charge indication is still displayed - there is no problem. However, the moment the charge indication is turned off, the charge status does not reappear when re-pressing the POWER button. So, this is only the matter of an indication not showing - which is annoying and suspected as an issue either in the hardware or in the software itself (?). I just don’t know….Re-flashing the cellphone with the appropriate firmware, does not help :( Has anyone run into this in hers/his A53 5G? Is there a configuration I need to change in the phone which I am unaware off to allow this charge indication to appear?@Cricket support - In hopes you are seeing this message - If this is a known issue or related to a property of your design - please update. If you are unaware of such an issue, I would warmly s
I have been with Cricket for several years. I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and never had a problem. All of a sudden last week my text messages stopped sending to people 50% of the time (I can receive text messages just fine.) When I send a text, half of the texts I send will have a blue spinning circle next to them and then an error message pops up that says "message failed" and my phone asks me to review the message and try again. Sometimes when I click "retry" it will send. Sometimes it won't. It happens no matter if I'm on wifi or not, and I for sure have full service. I've tried making sure my phone's SMSC number hasn't been changed or deleted. It hasn't. I refreshed it just in case. I've tried clearing the messaging cashe. Turning airplane mode on then off. Resetting my phone. Nothing has fixed the issue. What isn't making sense to me is the fact that some messages are sending and some aren't. I can send a message that says "test" to the same number three times and the first
I have three lines on my Cricket account. I upgraded the phone on one of the lines. I have always bought unlocked phones outside of Cricket. This is my first time buying a phone from Cricket. Is the phone I bought from Cricket locked to Cricket? Thanks,Enrique
My phone is a Galaxy A53 5G. About mid-May, I had horrible cell signal, and little to no 5g. After about a week, it got a little bit better, but never what it used to be. I deliver a mail route and use my phone a lot to listen to podcasts as well as be able to contact my family and/or boss. Since the end of May, I have almost no cell service or 5g on my mail route when I had almost complete coverage thru the whole thing. I finally got sick of the no service and switched back to my old phone, which I had originally replaced because I had shattered the screen. With my old phone (K92 5G model # LM-K920Am), it has the cell service and 5G that I used to have. I went into a Cricket store last week, and the employee said it sounds like an antenna problem. Can this problem be fixed?
Will the new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (Factory Unlocked) be compatible for use on the Cricket Network?I don't need to see the compatibility list. This phone is a new release. Cricket does sell the S21 FE 5G, but my fiancé ordered the 256gb unlocked version directly from Samsung.
today i got a mexican smartphone so i put my cricket sim on it but when i go out i doesn’t have internet connection, i try everything, restart the phone, the settings, everything, also i try to put it back in my past phone that had the sim but it doesn’t work either, what can i do?
After getting a recent update on my Samsung A12 the microphone doesn’t work - callers can’t hear me talking. If I use a sound recorder app it seems like the mic picks up background noise by not my voice. Resetting the phone did not fix the issue. I’ve seem some other complaints from recent phone updates and was curious if anyone is have the same type of problem.
I just purchased a samsung s23+ unlocked. When I insert the Cricket simcard, it worked for about 2 mins during which I can browse internet and make phone calls. After that 2 minites, it stop working. I can see the signal is full, I can see the 4g sign and data is flowing. Just couldn’t browse the internet or making phone calls anymore. Then I received a message saying my phone is not HD Voice compatible.I have been using s21 for 2 years on the cricket. I believe this newest samsung model s23+ also have the technology built in to support the cricket card. Could someone help me here.
I recently got a new sim card for my galaxy a51 5g.But when I go to unlock the network (when I restart the phone it says "Would you like to unlock the network?"), it asks me for my cricket phone number. This phone was given to me by a friend, so I don't know the number. The cricket sim card wasn't been payed for after I received the phone. How do I find the phone number?
