I have an iphone 12 pro max on ios 15.x.x and also trying to use a browser on a Windows PC.Both tell me my account is unavailable. Calling customer service is a zero and a fail.No one is able to help me get to my account. I NEED access to my account.Retail stores cannot help me, customer service cannot help me.My account has 5 lines, been a customer for 10 years. This is really frustrating. It all startedlate 2021. No one is helping.
