Network Unlock using Cricket app problems (Galaxy A51 5G)

@Jmireles87 Sometime it could be your software version, but that device may not be eligible if you’re not seeing the option only on that phone.  This is what it was. I was able to download a software update to android 12 and after that I was able to unlock it via the app. Not sure if there was something wrong with my installation of Android that got fixed with the update or what was the deal but I got it done. Cricket should be able to unlock the phone remotely and not have to do it through a buggy app.

@Jmireles87 🤔You’ll need to access the app from the device you want to unlock, make sure you connect to wifi, and you should have the option via the login screen.  It doesn't work. The device unlock option is simply not shown. I have 2 other cricket phones and I can see the device unlock option in the login screen of those phones but not in the A51 which is the one I'm trying to unlock.
