Got mine through AT&T which owns Cricket but they still wont except it. My neighbor 4 miles away also bought hers at AT&T and she had it at first then they turned it off (blocked) and after complaining she got it back. Not me however. Terrible customer service, terrible company. Cant even tell you why service was interupted by bad weather. Days! Any credit? Nope!
Yeah I was told over the phone that my Nokia 650 windows phone that I upgraded to from a lesser Nokia and through Cricket did have a trade in value. After going to a store the sales rep there was very helpful in selecting an upgrade. But when entering all info she said my phone had 0 value. Wasted a whole freaking day. But I bought one on Amazon that was better and cheaper than what your offering. Assclowns!
Myself and many neighbors have had service problems since March 11th. Can text but not receive or make calls. Ping is ok so are sim cards. AT&T customers same story. Some phones are working some are not. If I drive down the road 5 miles no problem. Cricket store sold me a new sim for $10.81 and it was okay for an hour. AT&T won't respond but map shows problems in many places across the country. I've lost more than $1200 in possible earnings and that's low balling it.
