Call service and text service arent working

As the person who requested help before me, my calling and texting features are not working. I can't call cricket support for help because my calling and text features are not working. I went to the shop where I purchased my phone but was told l had to call Cricket for support. This has been months where friends and family have to contact me through Facebook. It shouldn't be this way.
