@Jmireles87 Sometime it could be your software version, but that device may not be eligible if you’re not seeing the option only on that phone.

@Jmireles87 🤔You’ll need to access the app from the device you want to unlock, make sure you connect to wifi, and you should have the option via the login screen.

@pmcaleer Hey if you’ve had another carriers SIM card in the phone, you’ll need to adjust your APN settings back to Cricket’s. Also, you may want to order a new sim, or buy one from Target or Walmart.

@Jathall  Devices aren’t always blacklisted by the last carrier. Devices can be blacklisted by Assurion too. Maybe you should check with them. If you have an unreturned replacement, you might as well just get a new phone lol

Dude, cricket service is great. Sure they don’t baby you but that’s life 😁. 5G isn’t available everywhere so how could you blame them for your choice in phone like whaaaa?

@MaryfEddiep76 Hi Robin! The Icon 3’s allure is the price, but it isn’t the phone for you if you’re a gamer who needs RAM. The thing I love about Cricket phones is you get 2 years of warranty instead of 1 but girl! Threatening the people you need help from that you’re going to leave is NOT going to help them care about your issue. Be kind explain what you need, work with them. but really and truly look at your other phone options.

@Mfelan This happened to a friend of mine and they got their number back. They had to get help from Support on Facebook, but they got him a new account and pin so his info was safe.

@alma7ramirez  If the same thing keeps happening to you, maybe the issue is you…..🤔 The call centers do their best and are super nice when you’re nice to them. If you’ll have to visit a store, just try it. Don’t you want a solution?  All love! Just my thoughts🙋🏽‍♀️

@Rotteko  Google devices need to have the latest software to work, but if it does… consider what the website says:Device needs to be unlocked the compatibility list is not comprehensive, and you’ll need to go by the IMEI checker

CW ad says the have 5G data plans, what 5g hot spot is compatible with 5G

@bigbillsd  🤔Not sure if this would help, but I know Cricket sells devices through Best Buy, Amazon, Target, Walmart… they have to have more 5G hotspot options there. I only see one on crickets website. It has good reviews 🙂

@ERAMIREZ83  never heard this before! 😱 APPLE usually stands by their products and are really good at replacements. You break iFix repair shops can help you with the screen for the low if you just need a new one though.

 🤣 Apple devices lock to what ever carrier sim you put in it after you purchase. Just reach out to them and let them know you purchased it from Apple. Their reps are suppper nice. I get all my services done on Facebook.

It’s an honor system, it’s not like they hide the consequences from us. Plus, all our service is prepaid, so having an extension is a courtesy and not the case in my experience with other companies. 🤷🏽‍♀️ You say tomato I say tomato 😂🤣. But I feel you.

@mkneer86 you dragged these amounts a little👀🤭it’s only 200 if you BP your $100 month bill. Plus, they literally offer an extension the extension. How do you just miss a arrangement you pay to get into 🤪 Silly goose!I love it! BP gets me out of a jam every time.
