Well the problem has been solved. And as usual it was a self inflicted error. I found that the VPN on my desktop was blocking me from logging into my cricket account. So ends up easy fix, just shut off VPN. I was taught, when learning to troubleshoot PC's, try to remember the last thing you did before something stopped working and that will most likely be the problem. Sorry I was blaming Cricket for the issue.
I am not a super user of Facebook so I am not sure what to do with this, (m.me/cricketwireless) or Twitter (@cricketsupport). As I said in my original post, all devices I have (phone, laptop, tablet) all connect just fine to the CRICKET web site it is only my desktop that will not connect, with FIREFOX or INTERNET EXPLORE.Thank you.
