Hi @Kevin236 , Welcome to the Cricket Wireless Community Forum! When this happened to me after I dropped my phone, I would just smack it until the lines disappeared. If that doesn’t work, you can try reaching out to the warranty department (https://warranty.cricketwireless.com) to see if they can be of assistance.
