TL/DRBeware buying a phone from the online cricket store unless you want to risk Cricket policy hell and double billing of your credit card.Similar to @bobbyanalog I was double billed for a recent smart phone purchase with the Cricket online store. I disputed one of the two charges allowing one of the charges to go through and paying Cricket. About a month later my phone suddenly stopped working with no indication why. Spent 2.5 hours with technical support on September 18th and was told among several things that if I gave Cricket another $25, Adrian the on duty supervisor said that he would make the problem go away. Which I was having none of. Phone began working Sunday night and all day Monday without me coughing up another $25. Tuesday morning phone stopped connecting to the Cricket network again. I just got a new phone through cricket because my last phone wouldn't charge... well this phone for some reason is so slow and lagging so badly, I can't use it half the time. I can't afford to get another phone so I need to figure out how to add more storage or do something I already deleted as many photos files whatever to help with the storage situation, but it didn't help and I don't know what to do, I tried to contact someone from cricket to help me, but they couldn't or wouldn't help so if anyone can that would be amazing
I was wondering if anyone knows when the android 12 update for the samsung galaxy a03s is going to be put out? I've read articles online and it said that the samsung galaxy a03s has gotten the android 12 update but I check my system settings and I don't have a update available. Does anyone know when the update should be out?
I wonder if anyone else is finding that WhatsApp isn't functioning like it should on their Samsung S10+. My main issue is when I try to search for a GIF the screen goes funny and the keyboard doesn't pop up to type the search. Also, when sending an attachment, your give the option to send it quickly to your most recent/popular recipients but when you tap one of them it just loads all the other send options.
I’m not the first person with this issue if you look through the community forum. I was double charged for a phone I purchased through cricketwireless.com and when I tried to get one of the charges reversed by calling Cricket “Customer Support”, the person I spoke with told me to dispute the charge with my bank… fast-forward a week after I disputed one of the charges and my phone was reported “lost or stolen” by Cricket Wireless for a charge back. I wasn’t given a phone call, text, or issued a warning of any kind that this had happened, my phone just stopped working. I called Cricket Wireless “Customer Support” five times the same day my phone stopped receiving calls (calls to cricket support go through just fine) to get the issue sorted out and each time I got a different person with a different suggestion of how to resolve my issue. I have been with Cricket for several years. I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and never had a problem. All of a sudden last week my text messages stopped sending to people 50% of the time (I can receive text messages just fine.) When I send a text, half of the texts I send will have a blue spinning circle next to them and then an error message pops up that says "message failed" and my phone asks me to review the message and try again. Sometimes when I click "retry" it will send. Sometimes it won't. It happens no matter if I'm on wifi or not, and I for sure have full service. I've tried making sure my phone's SMSC number hasn't been changed or deleted. It hasn't. I refreshed it just in case. I've tried clearing the messaging cashe. Turning airplane mode on then off. Resetting my phone. Nothing has fixed the issue. What isn't making sense to me is the fact that some messages are sending and some aren't. why was my subscription cancelled after I just upgraded and activated a new phone … I am on auto pay. This has become the worst service ever. I literally cannot use ya’ll phones and no one can fix my issues. Now my daughters phone is suspended and I just keep feeding ya’ll more money!!!!
Got a new Samsung A32 from Cricket recently. Realize that it will only do 480p on some apps, including Youtube Tv. Only gives options in the app up to 480p. Even when you turn off mobile data and just use WiFi. Reboot the phone, and it gives 1080 for a few minutes, then reverts back to 480p. Other phones on the account work fine, just not this one. Youtube will do 1080 or 720 on this phone. Somehow Cricket is blocking anything above 480p on Youtube TV, and won’t admit it. Anyone know a way around this? (Using a VPN don’t work, already tried it.)

I have the ovation 2 and I have had issues in the past with it freezing up. Now it is saying no service/emergency calls only it just started that today. I have tried powering off and restart and that did not work. I don't know what to do I haven't even had this phone for a year. My son's phone is on my account and his is working.
