I have two Service Payment Cards and Cricket’s Quick Pay website will not let me add them to my account. I have done this many times over the years, but it’s been a while since I’ve added one. Every time it says “Something has gone wrong.” So I reached out to customer service and just got the runaround. Initially the rep told me that I needed to return to the store they were purchased at. That’s just ridiculous. I can literally confirm the cards are active and have a balance from Cricket’s own balance inquiry phone line. So then the representative makes me wait a bit longer only to come back and say “Well, now go to the nearest Cricket retail location and see if they can add them to your account since the website won’t work.” What kind of Customer Service is that? It’s the kind of customer service that has me questioning whether I will continue with Cricket. So I now need to figure out the nearest location, what their hours are, and probably have to take off time from work to go there.

I have a Cricket Dream 5g phone for year and half and didn’t look at the setting until now. I find three weird things:Under the setting → About Phone→ SIM status, the ‘Mobile Voice Network Type’ is 4G (my other 5G phone shows LTE); Under the setting → About Phone→ SIM status, the “Mobile Data Network Type” is NR NSA (my other 5G phone shows 5G) Under the setting → Network & internet → Mobile network, the “Mobile data” is gray, can’t turn on/off (my other 5G phone can toggle on/off.Does any one have the same issues? Do you know how to resolve them. I contacted the customer service, they are not able to resolve these issues and not be able to get hold anyone in the warranty department, being disconnected twice.
Patients with glaucoma need to have careprost bimatoprost drop to maintain their eyesight and reduce the fluid pressure in their eyes because the condition might result in blindness. In order to address the problem of eyelids that are visible from the outside of the eye, the doctor has also prescribed these careprost drops.
I see at least one other has had a similar problem and this is my question, which does not need a "walk-through" reply, telling me how to remove a number that is in my settings…📷... what is the default number for cricket, for forwarding calls to voicemail... if I need that to be set. I have this number on my settings and I did not program that number in. I also do not click on messages or answer calls from people I don't know, so I've no idea how I could have been hacked and this number is listed as being a known high risk number, and those people also did not put that number in their settings. The only other way this number could have made it into my settings is if Cricket software/returns department put it there. I would think Cricket would be able to find out who owns that number and give me the information if it is offensive/risk. I would be willing to file charges seeing as how I'm fed up with the Vultures/California Condors and their antics, if Cricket themselves cannot do so...
I find myself in a challenging predicament that's severely affecting my lifestyle. Here's the crux of the matter: my strict budget clashes with my insatiable appetite for news. Unfortunately, my data usage consistently exceeds the limits of my 5 GB plan, resulting in costly additional 1GB purchases. Upgrading my plan isn't an option, yet maintaining constant high-speed data access remains paramount. I reckon it's time to impose some constraints and exercise greater data discipline, much like how individuals monitor their physical activity. What I truly need is a comprehensive system to regulate my data usage, ensuring I'm always well-equipped for major news developments. Could you offer some guidance?
I bought the flip 5 and was able to get it activated in store, (I bought it unlocked from amazon) but when I was finishing set up to make calls and stuff It didn't work. I was wondering if it's not compatible yet because it's new and if it will be available soon? What should I do in the meantime without getting rid of this phone or costing too much?
So I've had my Ovation 2 for a couple of months and each time I reply to an SMS from the notification in the status bar it sends me the same messaging notification the second it sends my response. I've reset all settings, I've factory reset phone, and I've done software updates. Nothing I've tried fixes it. Please help, it is driving me insane.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.When I signed up with Cricket and purchased a new phone about 2 months ago, I assumed it would work like other cell phone companies - they add an additional amount to your monthly bill until it's paid off. I was told they use a lease-to-own program. No problem. But when I looked at my Progressive Leasing account to check my progress, I saw that I was in a 12-month contract. What?! I am paying about $100 per month for a phone that cost $499. That doesn't add up. Then, I saw that the total amount I would pay would be around $1,200. Insane!! That’s more than a 50% interest rate. The files I signed mentioned nothing about this. My only option is to pay off a lesser amount in 90 days. I’m trying, but I recently lost one of my part-time jobs.I feel tricked and trapped. Cricket should NOT be using this company. Other companies such as Best Buy and Mayfair use them and they should not. Check their profile on the Better Business Bureau website and you will see many sim
There is no connection with the previous owners of this iPhone. We need a connection from the cricket operator.
Good day, I have a similar problem. I bought an iPhone 11 and it is connected to the cricket operator. There is no contact with the owner of the cricket number. The reason is that we live on different continents and I don’t know how this iPhone got to Ukraine, but I bought it. Please tell me how I can find the owner of the account using this phone number or even just the phone number of this person??? If you know the answer, here is my IMEI **********36670. As far as I know, all other necessary requirements have been met, 6 months have passed and the phone is not blacklisted. Please solve my problem, I will be very grateful to you.I can’t call you because I simply won’t be able to carry on a conversation; I don’t have knowledge of spoken English. I'm from Ukraine. I use Google Translator to record these messages. And I really hope that everything is translated correctly.
This is the biggest bunch of crap I ever dealt with was with this warranty claim crap 🙄 on Aug 18 we made the claim my husband's phone quit working won't turn on so on the 19th the phone was shipped off and was told 2 business days we would get a new one lmao ummm it's the 6th of Sept and no phone. I called and get the run around from 3 diff places and no one seems to be able to help they just keep passing the buck and get told contact UPS that cricket don't have the phone but they will be glad to take a deposit to get a new one when I tell them we pay a fee in case this happens all you hear is well we can't help you. This is false info when your telling customers youllhave a replacement phone in 2 business days and cricket is a liar so as soon as this month is over we are switching to a diff company an American company with English speaking people you can understand. Cricket don't have a problem taking your money but damn sure don't wanna help you when things go wrong. Oh so I did m
I have a moto stylus 5g and a few days ago my phone just started dropping calls in the middle of conversation. Now I don't have Internet service. I can't call Cricket for help so I'm reaching out on my husband's phone. At this point do I need to factory reset...would rather not but I need my phone to start working again. I checked to see if there was an outage...none
Extremely disappointed in Cricket and I have been a customer for many years. I referred my daughter-in-law. She bought 2 lines and cancelled because service was poor in her area. Cricket only cancelled one line and charged her card $55. She asked customer service for a refund and they refused saying she had to dispute with her bank. When she did, Cricket refused the credit. Back to Cricket...they say its banks fault. Back to bank, they say its too late. What the heck?

Hello there! I’ve been a Cricket Wireless customer for a very long time, and I haven’t had any complaints just yet. This is the best mobile telecommunication service I’ve had so far, great price excellent service and good costumer service but, here’s my problem; I have two business accounts and a personal account of a total of 15 lines and I am sad that I will have to switch to T-Mobile since it is the only service provider that offers domestic excellent service in Puerto Rico. We constantly travel to Puerto Rico for business purposes and now that we only get “Roaming Service” which is no service at all. Extremely bad service with Claro PR. Might come back to Cricket if they really get good service in back Puerto Rico.
I work in the Technology division for a school district. The district just rolled out Passpoint-WIFI in all of our buildings. They also moved our division-issued iPhones from Verizon to T-Mobile, and pushed down a policy that connects them to Passpoint. They seem to work fine. The issue I’m having is that I have a personal iPhone XR (iOS 17.1) on Cricket Wireless that works so-so on Passpoint. Specifically, the iPhone email app will not refresh and get updates. It just spins. I use Gmail as my email provider. Some other apps that I have installed that use Internet access, such as Grammarly also time out.I have Googled the crap out of this and have found nothing that helps.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Greetings fellow cricket fans,I'm hoping some of you can help explain an issue I consistently face when trying to stream cricket matches online - the video quality is awful!Whether I'm using free streaming sites or even paid services like Willow and Hotstar, the video is almost always blurry, pixelated, stuttering, and just hard to watch. This makes it really difficult to follow the action and enjoy the games. My internet connection speeds are pretty good. I get over 50 Mbps download on Speedtest. So I don't think it's on my end.A few questions for the community:Are cricket streaming services just lower quality overall compared to other sports? Is there a setting I'm missing to bump up the video resolution? Are there any streaming sites you'd recommend that offer consistently high-def cricket streams? Any other tips to improve the streaming experience?I'm desperate to finally watch crisp, clear cricket matches live online. Really appreciate any advice you seasoned streamers can provide!
I've been executing this strategy for a considerable duration to facilitate Xbox Series X gaming via my plan. However, recently, I've encountered an unexpected obstacle impeding my ability to connect with others. What has caused this sudden disruption, specifically attributed to Cricket's service? Notably, the devices, games, and Xbox itself remain unaffected, prompting me to seek resolution for this unexpected change, a concern echoed by various users on Reddit. Any guidance or insights would be immensely appreciated.
