Why is it that when I use the online system to pay my bill earlier than the due date, I see that my amount due has been doubled? It should say that I only owe $58.00, but it shows $116.00 instead. I have never missed a payment. I don't understand this. Please explain.
Ive been a Cricket customer since 2011, my phone’s paid off, & my account’s current.My new employer wants me on their AT&T business plan, & Ive been trying to unlock my phone from Cricket to AT&T for 3 weeks. When I go into the MyCricket app & click “Unlock Now”, I’m get an error code; “The server replied with a Registered Response with error code: 2”. Ive tried factory resetting my phone, Ive been to 2 different Cricket stores, Ive opened (4) case files, been to the AT&T store 4X, and spent over 14 hours either on the phone with 611, or on Cricket’s chat feature, & this is still not resolved.So, in frustration I bought a new phone & was told that AT&T can just port my # from Cricket to AT&T. This isn't working either, & now I'm in a constant loop of AT&T saying its an issue with Cricket not releasing my telephone #, while Cricket says its AT&T incorrectly entering in my Cricket account #, so they cancel the port request. TL/DRBeware buying a phone from the online cricket store unless you want to risk Cricket policy hell and double billing of your credit card.Similar to @bobbyanalog I was double billed for a recent smart phone purchase with the Cricket online store. My wifi callling stopped working at 3pm yesterday. I went through troubleshooting with Cricket for 2 hours yesterday until they finally told me that others have reported issues with wifi calling and it seems to be on Cricket’s side. They told me to check with them again in the morning if it is still not working. I tried talking to them again...they tried going through troubleshooting AGAIN and I explained that I was told this is a Cricket issue. They said that they don’t have report of other customers with this issue. OH MY GOD. I just want to know when my wifi calling will be working as that is the only way I can make/receive calls and texts while at home AND at work. Has anybody else had an issue with wifi calling not turning on since yesterday?
My dream 5g just blinks out and restarts for no reason. At first i thought it was because I just got the phone and maybe it was still updating but it has been doing this frequently. It has not been 7 days yet. Can I take this phone back to the store for a new one. It was an upgrade. The store Rep recommended this phone and it is not doing right
Don't know where else to put this so posting it here...I hate logging in to Cricket's iOS app. My dinky local credit union's banking app can use the iPhone's Touch ID so I can log in to my account by simply placing my thumb over the Home button. Why can't Cricket's app also access the iPhone's Touch ID?As is, the app simply encourages me to use a simple password so I don't have to keep retyping it and retyping it and retyping it. It's a really old-school way of doing things.AT LAST, that is off my chest :) Every time I have to use the app, I just grind my teeth.
When will Cricket update their online purchase options to allow their customers to enter separate shipping and billing addresses?Many customers like me, have a shipping address that does not match their billing address!We recently moved. And now I have to jump through hoops to get my recent purchase delivered to my current address! My Cricket Order is being delivered 60 minutes away to my old address, and there is nothing Cricket will do about it! I called, verified my information, and they are still refusing to update the shipping address for my order. They can see that the address for the order does not match the address on my account, but won’t update it to match. Until they fix their system, I don’t think I’ll be making anymore purchases.
Hi, this is more a suggestion than a question, but I don't know where to post it, so I guessed here would be fine.Long time ago I was with T-Mobile and besides their problem with coverage and high priced plans, they had one very cool feature: all the streamed music won't count in your data transfers, so you could use whatever service you liked (Google Play, iTunes, Spotify, Pandora...) with no decrease in your available data, very convenient if you use this kind is music services.Are you guys planning our have you ever thought to offer a similar feature? It will be perfect!Besides that, cricket is the best wireless company in the US!Thanks!
Why is it a policy to force people to stay with your service because of some policy that is ONLY in place for customer retention? Your company does not offer the LifeLine Program! You ONLY offer ACP they are NOT the same thing!
This is absolutely insane that people are being held to a “Policy” that is not disclosed to them when they purchase new equipment from Cricket! What is worse is that you do not offer ALL of the programs that are out there for your customers! Affordable Connectivity Program is COMPLETELY different then LifeLine Program. Why do your customers service rep’s not know the difference!? Your “Policy” holds all users of your service in a contractual agreement that they are not aware of, it is called a Quasi Contract. Everything that you advertise says you have no contracts! That is FALSE!! THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND EXTREMELY MISLEADING! Looks like its time to contact an attorney!
I purchased a Galaxy s10e on October 29th. I purchased a Galaxy because it has gorilla glass, high ram, fits my hand (why I bought the e vs the S10)I'm in Atlantic city on a business trip. I'm a vendor for a large camp convention. I need my phone, contracts are on the line. Same issue, Sunday morning I couldn't make or receive calls. Went to cricket store today, they said it's no longer supported. I said I had gotten weird texts from cricket "your device requires a change to continue service, please update your software version" several times. There were no available updates so I thought hey, I couldn't do when they said. No harm assumed, I'm up to date. They said those texts were informing me that my phone would no longer be supported which is wrong. I was nice, I didn't get upset, it's not their fault. I am so incredibly dissatisfied with this service that I will probably be switching back to Verizon. I have full signal...much better than we EVER had with Verizon, but guess what? I cant even make a phone call or receive one. Customer service cant help and when I called them they said multiple things from it's an issue with my phone all the way to they'll put in a ticket with their tech support...but guess what? Tech support doesn't work weekends!!! ...and nobody ever called me back either when they were "back." I have even been back to the store twice and they finally changed my sim card. What the hell? I want a refund or something. Why should I pay for the service when I cant even use it?? Someone help me please! My phone is so incredibly important. Help! Cricket sent me a text telling me I needed to update the software on my phone to be able to use it after they shut down their 3G network. My software is up to date but I still can’t make or receive calls! I’m using an unlocked S10+ that says it is compatible on their website.

Could anyone please tell me, do undeleted visual voicemail messages, especially ones that the user has designated for the app to save, get stored on the phone (in this case Android 7.0, a moto G5 Plus)? And ideally the location / path.I recently increasingly have been in a location with relatively poor signal strength such that I often found out about a call only after receiving a voicemail message if the caller left one. Since March 11th Cricket/AT&T have had a tower or multiple tower damages of some sort. But only today did I find out that much. Phone calls in or out were not possible. WiFi and texting were and are fine. Ping is fine. Unable to talk to anyone online. The local Cricket store I visited tried to convince me my phone was to blame. I bought an unlocked brand new phone on Amazon after being told the Windows phone I had been using for years had no trade in value even though the rep on the phone line said it would if I upgraded to a Motorola. Anyway after a while the clerk in the store sold me a sim card for $10.81. it worked for an hour. I discovered after coming here that Crickes Facebook page could help. It worked. Sort of. At least I found out it was a company technical issue with a tower or many that was at play. Now why for freaking out load could Crickets minion clerk not reveal that?
