Hi,First time Cricket customer.Zip code 38801Phone: Cricket Icon 3 My data only works unless I am standing in a certain room, the living room….. If I go to my bedroom Firefox *might load* the webpage, and then I might get a “page can’t be displayed message”. And then sometimes after hitting refresh 5 or 6 times, the webpage will load. When standing in the living room, my bars will go from 3 to 2 ,to 1, to 3 ,to 1 to 2, and repeat… Call Quality: No issues. I live in a VERY AT&T area.. I would say 97 to 98% of the people here are on ATT…. I only live about 5 to 6 miles outside of town in the country.Yes we have a metal roof on our house… But so do some of our other family members, I haven’t heard them complain…. but , then again I think that they’re on a AT&T contract though. Hello, when in Europe this summer I would like to use my iPhone 11 on WiFi only. I have the 5GB/$30 plan. Two questions:How do I ensure that the phone will never connect to a European cell tower, but will only use wifi? Can I have Cricket block all international roaming?Cricket website says “The use of Wi-Fi Calling may be restricted in some countries” but I can’t find a list. Will wifi calling work in EU countries?
I was locked out of my phone while trying to set it up. Not sure what I hit but now I need a PUK unlock code (what the PUK is that) and pin #. It says the unlock code is 8 digits and the pin # is 4 digits. The message running across the screen also says I have to contact customer service but you’re closed… I have the plastic card the SIM came in but none of the numbers add up to the 12 needed. Can anyone help me decipher the strings of numbers on the plastic SIM punch out card or must I wait until the CRICKETS wake up!!!Thank you in advance for your help..
I have never experienced anything but poor customer service when dealing with Cricket. Tonight I have a different image of Cricket because of my interaction with Polly (through chat) She acknowledged my loyalty as a customer and fully understood what I was wanting to achieve. She thoroughly explained everything to me and was very personable as well as professional. Polly, if you read this, I want you to know how appreciative I am of your efforts tonight. After finding out my payment was magically going up $30, you at least softened the shock with Are a sweet person. To Cricket Management - you have ways to go before I can give you a thumbs up on great customer service, but having genuine associates such as Polly, is a great start on changing the negative perception. How long does it take to get your money back from Cricket if you cancelled a online order after you paid ? First I was told 24 hrs,then 72 hrs , then 1 to 5 days and now it's 7 to 10 business days. WTH ! Everytime I talk to someone there they can barely understand me and vice versa. This is kind of stuff is really making me regret coming to cricket. If anyone here as been through this please let me know how long it took you to get your money back
I did a bridge payment then tried to pay the remainder on my cricket app, i ended up over paying $60. So i called Cs right away to have this corrected they told that it was now a credit on my account and if i wanted a refund i can call my bank have the payment reversed and they would approve it and then shut off my service..DOes this make any sense? I asked for the difference which was 60. my normal bill is 132 so on top of the 74 bridge i already paid, they will still disconnect my service and want me to call my bank and reverse it. then call back and pay again for another 30 days which cs told me would be 145 so more money than what i have over paid. isnt it ilegal to keep money that does not belong to cricket? and they want to force my $60 as credit? who can i call and report this to?anyother company would refund the difference of overpayment money that is not there’s to keep. I am furious on the poor CS. its simple cricket… refund my $60. ive been a customer for years.. YEARS!!
I recently was trying to sell my old Motorola moto g7 but my grandmother insisted that I should give it to my dad in Mexico. Is there a way that my old phone could switch to another company in Mexico or is the moto phone exclusive to Cricket Wireless?I don't want to pay for an unlimited plan when my dad has worry about his data going over the limit because it is limited when a user travels to another region. So the question is, is there a third party company that could use the moto phone for service in Mexico or is the moto phone stuck with Cricket Wireless?
Apps keeps switching, screen like shakes (but phone doesn’t move like a notification). Is on latest iOS, no updates are available. Have powered off/on, done hard reset - still comes up bad. After last hard reset, the folders on the home page are all shaking (but not in a “delete” way). Anyone can help?
My ex had access to my sim card and ALL my info to look like it was me. I don't know what he did but my sim no longer works I'm not sure what to do cuz this community website thing just wants to send a code to my number that's not working
It's been two weeks. CRICKET keeps declining every card I have. I used my debit card first then I tried a credit card. When the credit card was used it said the address didn't match. It did. Now there's a pending charge on my credit card with no phone to show for it. Has any one else had this problem HOW do I fix it? It's becoming more and more bothersome. Nobody has a real answer when I call cricket
I recently left my job and ported my cell phone number from the company plan (AT&T) to our personal Cricket plan. The caller ID name that shows up for my Samsung phone is still the company name which confuses people that I call. How can I change the caller ID name that shows up to my name or even something more generic?
I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.
I have sent several emails and can't believe no one has been courteous enough to contact me. This includes having sent emails to email@example.comJohn D. the CEO of Cricket Wireless and the VP of Customer Satisfaction. I guess I should contact JD Powers and complain to them. Right now I am unemployed (for several months) and can't even afford to replace my phone using the payment plan option and no upgrade deal is offered for iPhone 13 (which I still can't afford). My iPhone 6S is on its last leg, I am wondering if Cricket could please help me by replacing my current iPhone 6S with a new iPhone 13 Pro free of charge under customer loyalty and retention? T-Mobile sent me an offer for an iPhone 13 Pro for $50 if transfer my services to their plan which would be less expensive. Verizon is offering iPhone 13’s as well.
I’m on my second call/case with Cricket to get my disabled voicemail reactivated. Apparently Cricket disables voicemail for people who don’t use it or something?!? I feel I use mine frequently. Very frustrated to be dealing with an auto accident with the inability to trust my voicemail to pick up when needed. The first case was closed because they said I didn’t answer when they called, but I never received a call or had any missed calls.Questions:What are the criteria for having your voicemail deactivated?How long should I expect it to take to be reactivated?I’m extremely frustrated right now and looking into other carriers. Any suggestions?
We have SMS messaging setup in Active directory and it works fine when sending to one individual. When we use a distibution group it does not go through to anyone with cricket. we get an auto reply from cricket saying “email failed to send” is there somethign on crickets side that is blocking distribution groups?
Phone is iPhone 13 promax but also could not setup on my old iPhone 7.on the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows call voicemail. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup and I press pound and my phone number but not setup.when call support, asked for English and then voicemail and only gave two option setup / reset voicemail.when setup it only says hold 1 and doesn’t work.when reset it says reset and when I go voicemail doesn’t prompt change voicemail
