No calls in or out after getting upgrade text about 3G Shutdown

Help! Cricket sent me a text telling me I needed to update the software on my phone to be able to use it after they shut down their 3G network. My software is up to date but I still can’t make or receive calls! I’m using an unlocked S10+ that says it is compatible on their website.

Sharing data with an iPad

I have a Wi-Fi only iPad that I want to get mobile data on but my phone is not compatible with hotspot on Cricket. Is there anything else I can do to get a data connection?
