Moto One 5G ACE Xt-2113 lost 5g access after last week update

If anyone here can let the network team they mess up the network settings version when they sent out the security update for the moto one 5g ace XT-2113.  This update push the phone back to the original network settings version,   An update came out in Aug of 2022 that updated the phone to have 5g access on cricket network.

Requesting Motorola Razr 5g to have access to 5g service

I am not sure why since this phone has been out for a while that It will not connect to the 5g Network.   The motorola Razr 5g Model  XT2071-3 Is listed on Motorola website as a supported cricket wireless 5g phone.  https://www.motorola.com/us/smartphones-razr-gen-2/p?skuId=464 The phone is also on the att supported websitehttps://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/pdf/Devices-Working-on-ATT-Network.pdf
