When my ex receives delivery reports on her Samsung A51 (with straight talk) phone for sent text it shows my number. She is accusing me of hacking her phone and is threatening to contact someone (police I guess). I didn't even know there were delivery reports for texts until now. She was cheating. She tried to prove she wasn't cheating by giving me gmail pswd. I logged in on my phone and somehow her contacts were added to my contacts. I am not sure if this has anything to do with this. But I am no longer logged in to her gmail. I have went everywhere looking for these msgs. For one I would like to see them but also I need to stop this in case she does contact somebody. I do not want there to be accidental evidence. My phone is an LG stylo and I have cricket. I am attaching the image she sent me for proof. My number is redacted.
Why is it I pay my bill ALWAYS on the 1st of the month as that's when I get paid but they ALWAYS say it due on a earlier date.? Then I have to pay extra in fees. I had auto pay set up so it would be easier & a little cheaper but they still would take it out earlier & then I would have to pay bank fees as I wouldn't have any money. How can I get my bill due on the 1st of the month?
I upgraded my service and I owed $5.50 so I went to the store to pay and they told me there was a $4.00 in store fee. That is ridiculous, why does it cost $4.00 to pay a $5.50 upgrade charge? $4.00 may not be much but with inflation up every penny counts to the consumer. I usually pay online but wasn't able to open the app or any other app for the last 2 days without turning my phone off and on everytime I try to open an app. All my apps are updated and the network reset, the person in the store was of no help at all. I was left to figure the issue myself, but still unable to open apps without restarting my phone. I have never had issues with Cricket in the 2 years of being a customer, this is the first time.

When trying to order a new upgraded phone on my account I get the following error message from Cricket. “Looks like you’ve reached the maximum orders permitted for this address. Sorry about that!”. This error message has come up with the last 2 phones I had upgraded. Waited at least 2 days and was able to order. I have 2 accounts through cricket 6 lines, I have ordered and spent at least $500-$800 in the last 2-3 months upgrading all of our phones. For the last phone we are wanting to upgrade and pay almost $500 for this phone. I have contacted numerous times through the cricket chat, to no help. We have lousy cell reception at the house, only good by certain windows (rural Alaska). I’m trying to use my ethernet-USB C adapter to get wi-fi calling through our wired home internet system. Dream 5 cricket phone. Cricket rep in our town said wi-fi setup should work, even though ours is wired. I’ve gone through the wi-fi setup and nothing is connecting. Any ideas?
So after doing a bunch of reading, I guess during covid the Hotspot was unlocked for tons of people. That was nice but I’ve been paying for it all along. My previous phone was a Nokia 8.3 5g and the hotspot was working great for the last 9 months or so. Hotspot has now been BLOCKED on my phone number so I thought I’d get a newer phone. I purchased a Pixel 6. However hotspot is still being blocked on my phone. I called customer support only to have them say that they won’t support any Pixel hotspotting. But just for a second, lets look at the “Mobile Hotspot Eligible Phones”: for Android, in total there are just a FEW that are 5g. And at that note they are ALL lower end phones. Less than 10 phones in total. That really is a huge disappointment.So BYOD really doesn’t apply to this company and customer service is out the window when you hand select what specific devices you do want to support. In the end, it’s just lies that will loose you customers.
I bought my 1st cricket phone December 28 2021, with an offer for 1 yr Sam's club membership. Never received any txt or email with that info or codes. I went to my local cricket store this week and the KID working there said "oh yeah, they stopped that". I said I don't care if they stopped that, it was part of the pack I PAID for when buying into cricket phone service, period. He stated " yeah, lots of people are mad about it but sorry lady". WRONG, I want what I was offered. This is obviously a scam. I'm VERY dissatisfied with Cricket thus far for various reasons and I am telling everyone I know in our small town to steer clear of Cricket. They make promises to get you in but no follow thru. Does Cricket just… Not like money? I’ve been fighting for an hour to upgrade my phone. Between it continuously bouncing the amount I owe between $500 and $965, declining my credit card on their website, PayPal, and Google Pay, giving me a ‘kountSessionID is required’ error, and saying “our servers are struggling today”, I’ve given up.It’s been a while since a website was so bad I’ve considered switching providers altogether. I’m done jumping through hoops. Anyone else know how to resolve this? I’ve switched browsers, cleared my cookies - hell, I even went on incognito so there WERE no cookies to clear - and nothing. I’m getting tired of this. I just want to upgrade my phone and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and use cheat codes to figure out how.
I’m considering purchasing an Apple iPhone 11 from Apple in the next couple of months, carrier unlocked. Will I be able to transfer my SIM card from my iPhone 7 Plus to the new phone, as well as keep my current hotspot plan? I want to basically render my iPhone 7 Plus to be able to work only through WiFi, I’m not interested in losing the phone body. I figured that putting the SIM card into the new phone would give me the phone number that’s already associated with my account, so I’m not worried about that part.
i've asked before but i got different answers from everyone. anyway, my parents have my phone under their cricket acc since they pay for my phone and stuff and yeah. i know they can see the numbers i've called and texted but 1.can they see the contents of the texts2.can they see my search history and websites i'm on even if it's a private browser3.can they like see anything else? thanks
