I called the customer service to order a new phone to upgrade my current 3g phone on Jan 3rd. I received email confirmation with order number: 2225806324513097 and then shipping confirmation email with a Fedex shipping track number: 551419658808 quickly after that. But when I traced the order on Fedex, it always showed: The delivery date may be updated when FedEx receives the package. I called Fedex many time after that, they told me they never receive the package from cricket yet. I also regularly checked my order status on cricket online and called customer service many times. They always told me to wait and wait, even this order is a 2 business days shipping order. On Jan 10th, my old 3g phone suddenly lost service and when I chat with the customer service online. I was told the new device was activated that caused my old phone lost service. But Fedex didn’t receive the package and deliver it to me yet. How could it be activated? Hello. I have used advanced messaging on the Samsung messages app on my previous Cricket phone. Now I cannot get those specific messages to transfer to my new Cricket Moto phone. However, normal SMS and MMS messages have transferred. How can I get the messages of type "advanced messaging" to transfer to my new phone?

Hello,After purchasing a new iPhone 8+ from Cricket wireless and fulfilling their unlocking requirements, I unlocked the IPhone (from my account) I ported out to Sprint/TMobile to take advantage of their free line offer on the family plan.However when trying to activate the IPhone on the Sprint/Tmobile network, I get a message “Sorry, but this phone can't be activated with Sprint service”Sprint is indicating that the device is not fully unlocked and I need to contact Cricket. I have contacted Cricket Wireless support twice and they keep pointing me to the “Phone Unlock Requirements” which I already fulfilled. The phone was unlocked from my Account. Now I am unable to get into my account sine I am no longer a customer Can someone from Cricket wireless assist and get help get to the bottom. It shouldn’t be this frustrating. Thanks
I ordered a phone online using my progressive leasing account but had an issue signing the lease so my order was canceled. It still says I have an order processing and won't let me make any changes to my account on mycricket and when I try to start the purchase again it says for me to activate my phone first. If the order was canceled how am I supposed to activate a new phone?
I have not been able to access data in the smallest amount in over a month, in any location. A cricket customer care representative has just confirmed with me that a Data Optimization feature has been added to my line. This feature drastically slows data connection, so much that regular emails are inaccessible and the only data consumed is that of applications running in the background. I’m a former employee of Verizon Wireless and am quite familiar with the fact that this is not allowed.Customers are being told that Cricket Wireless does not throttle data, which is incorrect. The representative communicated that this feature may only be removed from $40/month plans and lower, but not unlimited data plans. To promote “unlimited data” whilst secretly restricting it, is false advertisement to consumers, and all should be aware that what they are purchasing is not what was initially presented at point of sale. I tried adding protection when I bought my phone online. After I got my phone and started activating it I find out they never added it. There just the money to my account. So after calling customer service they told me I had to go to my local cricket. Well they tell me they can't add it. Yes I tried to get it before my 7 days was up.
How in the world is someone on disability supposed to upgrade 4 phones to 5g phones? They cost way to much and to top it off just because we are customers we have to pay more than new customers do. So because some of us have been with cricket for over 10 years which with any other company would be a loyalty customer and would get extra benefits, we, on the other hand get screwed and will lose our plans and phones n probably numbers also because not everyone can afford new 5g phones. 4 of them at once anyway. Not with your prices for loyal customers! Plz explain how I'm supposed to upgrade 4 phones to 5g by next month??
A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.
I was assaulted and hospitalized at the end of November 2021. The man who assaulted my evaded the police and hasn't been caught yet. He has been harassing me and hacking my phone every day since th assault threatening to get my family or me if I choose not to talk to him. Par change my phone number please?!,!?
After 2 months I have had nothing but issues with cricket, my app has not worked in over a month since Nov 27 2021 I have applied for EBB got approved and it still hasn't been fixed where I get discount on my bill my phone got shut off on 6 of Dec granted cricket did make it right and got my service back up but here it is due again and Sill not fixed
Cricket this is just bs. My service was supposed to be good until 11:59 pm. I paid in full at 11:44 pm. Only to find out that my account has been suspended and a $45 reactivation fee must be paid in order to restore or service?!?! Not to mention my fathers in the hospital just suffered a medical emergency and now he nor the doctors can get ahold of me. Wtf cricket??I AM BEYOND LIVID seeing as my service should have never been disconnected anyway....There is NO WAY to contact anybody in person.The "chat" with "us" is actually a stupid bot that doesn't have the ability to fix or help with ANYTHING....So, now, I have no phone service. I've PAID for my families phone service, ON TIME, but yet our phones are deactivated. REALLY CRICKET.
I have a huge problem.I’m currently in Spain, and I cannot use a temporary SIM card because my iPhone is still locked to Cricket—even though I have had this phone for over two years. Furthermore, I can’t even unlock it because the app has not been letting me log-in since I’ve arrived in Spain. The error message simply tells me to call customer support.But I can’t call customer support because, again, I don’t have any service. I feel checkmated by Cricket. Please help me unlock my phone so I can use a temporary SIM Card.
I purchased Samsung Amp Prime phone from cricket. I used it for a while and moved on to apple phone (without using it for 6 months as they claim to be the criteria for unlocking the phone) now I’ve had the amp prime for more than 2 years and every now and then I use it but obviously won’t give up my apple for using prime as a primary phone right?Now I want to travel abroad with both my phones and they won’t unlock that phone ! I called the customer service and they’re not helping. I know this is not going to help too, it’s really sucky service and feels like they trap you in it. I’m really unhappy.
So I got an old Galaxy from cricket yeah I get it it hasn't been active for the whole 6 months but it's been active for two months I've been with Cricket a little over a year I have two other phones from cricket that is a lot and they unlocked it before the 6 months because the one phone right before I got my Galaxy only had it for 2 months and the Galaxy I've had for like two and a half months but I don't use it no more so why can't I get it unlocked I have another sim card that I need to keep active to keep the service on me and also I'm using four different carriers right now to see who I like better so far TracFone is out I don't mind staying with Cricket they're the best so far other than the unlocking policy even if it's an old phone unlocked
I am wanting to purchase a Samsung Galaxy note. But I do not see it online in the cricket phones available. But I can find it on other websites. I know it was offered through cricket before for purchase. I like to get rhe insurance provided, if I purchase from another retailer can I still get rhe cricket coverage. When I first got cricket, like 5 years ago.. it had to be a cricket phone, to receive the insurance. please and thank you
