HBO Max Access Denied

I received a text that my account is eligible for HBO Max free, so I clicked the link and installed HBO Max from the play store.  I followed directions, clicked on the person icon, then clicked on Sign Into Account, then clicked on sign in with a provider, then I selected Cricket Wireless and then I get this error:  Access Denied. You don't have access to http:www.cricketwireless.com/restservices/hboauth/v1/sam1/idp/init on this server.  Reference #18.15aa2c17.1631305538.1896458bI have Samsung phone.   Any ideas why I can't sign in like it says to?

Does Cricket lock my unlocked phone that wasnt purchased through Cricket?

Hi all,My question is a two parter. First off, I will be purchasing a new iPhone outright through Apple store because my job gives me a discount. When I put my Cricket SIM card into my phone, will Cricket lock my unlocked phone? Second, if Cricket does lock the unlocked phone, can it be unlocked in a week or less if I decide to go to another carrier? I see that Cricket says you need to be a paid customer for 6 months with the device, but that only refers to phones purchased through cricket. If it can be unlocked in a week or less, how would I do that?

I'm added on my mother's account for 3 years my life has fell apart .My wife seem to be hacking my phone .My whole family accused her .Well we divorced got back together and now I realize my family has been behind it all the time.I geuss I'm that disliked .That aside my mom's the account holder for 5 phones two are hopspots she gets phones comprised illegaly to just hotspots and I know for sure .My whole family now the whole community know everything on my phone it's illegal emotional phycological abuse who could I get real proof threw cricket about the wrong doing and pay them back in jail.

IF I AM A CUSTOMER AND REQUEST A DETAILED BILL I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET ONE!!EVERY OTHER PHONE COMPANY LISTS THIS IN THEIR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND SO SHOULD CRICKET.PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!! I HAVE SEEN MANY OTHERS REQUEST IT AS WELL WITH NO ACTION TAKEN.

So my wife's phone is saying that her sim card is puk locked and that she has to enter an 8 digit number is there anyway this can be done with out having to call customer service

Anyone else have an LTE HD Voice Phone get line Suspended?

After many happy years using cricket as 1 of my 2 Sims in many international phones that operate on the correct LTE bands and with all the latest features, cricket suspends my line if I use a completely compatible device that's not on their very limited list.  I figure there must be more people experiencing a similar issue recently as they suspend lines for "incompatible" phones, so I thought is post this.

Please tell me why Cricket LOCKED my UNLOCKED iPhone..? why? why?

Bought unlocked iPhone X and started using it with cricket since August 2018, last week when I tried to use another carrier they told me my iPhone is locked. I've already called apple and cricket customer service. apple says they can't unlock network related locks and suggestions I should contact my carrier which is cricket. cricket are play marry go around with me. Every day is different story and different case file but no solution. For a week now my iPhone X have yet to be unlocked even tho I bought it unlocked in the first place. its so frustrating.Currently case file(YOUR CASE FILE NUMBER IS 2104261731665) Please cricket unlocked my iphone from your network

can't dial out or receive calls

I have a Samsung Z fold 2. I have not been able to call out or receive calls for 3 days now. I've had Samsung look at the phone and they say it is a carrier issue. I've put a friend's SIM card in my unlocked phone, and hers works in my phone. Cricket can't seem to give me answers. Anyone else??

payment due date

Why is it I pay my bill ALWAYS on the 1st of the month as that's when I get paid but they ALWAYS say it due on a earlier date.? Then I have to pay extra in fees. I had auto pay set up so it would be easier & a little cheaper but they still would take it out earlier & then  I would have to pay bank fees as I wouldn't have any money. How can I get my bill due on the 1st of the month?

3G Shutdown - Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Hi! I am hoping to confirm if my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will continue to work on Cricket’s network after the 3G shutdown. I did receive the text message from Cricket regarding the shutdown. However, I’ve been checking the Cricket site (specifically the “Device Compatibility” lookup) and I received the “Yay, your Samsung SM-G925A is compatible!” message when plugging in my phone’s IMEI ID. This leads me to believe that my phone will work after the shutdown. I should note that I checked other carriers and it appears that my phone will work on their platforms after the shutdown. For example, AT&T is indicating that my phone will continue to be supported on their network after the decom. This furthers my belief that my phone should continue to work as Cricket uses AT&T’s network for service. Thanks for any confirmation regarding if my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge) will continue to work on Cricket’s network after the 3G shutdown. My phone works perfectly and I really have no desire

help

Hi in December I upgraded my phone to icon2 what a big mistake that was. About a month or two I had to send my phone back because I was having many problems with it. Now my problem has turned in to a  disaster to the point I can't even open and play a game.Please help when I try to open an app it closes right away. When I try to open my cricket app it also closes. A box keeps popping up saying cricket is trying to stop and close app. This started happening when my phone installed new software update. I can't even play a game. It's obvious this phone ICON2 ISNT working and no matter what in settings a cricket representative tells me to do it isn't working. I have had many problems with cricket and I say to the Representatives that I'm going to change providers. Cricket doesn't try to keep there customers they say right away ok want us to cut your service off now? I can't do anything on my phone if you can help great, This time I really think I'm going to have to go with did different co

Port Out success but Cricket Hasn't released my number

I have successfully ported one of our phones out of Cricket to Mint mobile and my phone is working with the new Mint Sim now.  Unfortunately Cricket has failed to deactivate the number.  The result is that people trying to call me from a Cricket account go into my old Cricket voice mail.  Both my new Mint account with my number and the Cricket account with the same number are now active.I spent about an hour (after 40 minute wait) on the phone with Cricket yesterday to close my Cricket account for the ported number and was assured that it was done and the number would be released.  Indeed when I checked the account on-line a little later my ported phone number and it account info had been removed from the account.  Unfortunately, this morning the account is showing my phone (which has been successfully ported to Mint and is working with that service) as being active on Cricket and still being billed.  I just got off the phone with Mint tech support who were good enough to resubmit the

Why Cricket doesn't fix the visual voicemail for android in Samsung?

Hi Guys I been apple user and my visual voicemail worked very well but I wanted to switch to Samsung 4 months ago and now I found this problem in android. So I did every thing to clear cache, clear storage cache, reset password, change password etc etc and my S22 Ultra factory unlocked from I bought with Samsung Manufacturer and the Vs Voicemail doesn’t work in any visual voicemail app, indeed the cricket app nether. So I called to customer service and they everything and nothing, Guys guys stop the excuses and make update to your network to any android phones factory unlocked that don't say "cricket on the back" can work fine with visual voicemail, because is suppose we paying for that and is the phone is factory unlocked is suppose to work everything on any Samsung. How is possible any Samsung with the Cricket logo in the back works well and the others doesn’t?? I know you have a apn personal secret setting for that and I pay my monthly bill and I request full service with you. So I

how come i cant get into recovery mode by pressing volume down and power on my lg k 92 5G?

Im trying to root my lg k 92 5G. It says every where on the internet to hold the volume down while holding the power button from power off mode. And then to release them after the logo comes on screen...the only thing i can get it  to do is startup in safe mode?

Billing Statement Missing

Cricket Dream SD Card Errors

I have a Cricket Dream 5G that I had to purchase last November. I needed more memory so I installed a new Gigastone Micro SD Card 32GB. It is a UHS-U1 A1 Class 10, up to 90MB/s card - whatever that means. The SD Card was never used in any other device. I formatted the card in the phone and set it for only storage in the phone. I did not use the option to use the SD Card in both the phone and a computer.Within days, I started to get errors. The phone would randomly reboot. When the phone completed the reboot process, there would always be a message that the SD Card was missing or that the SD Card was corrupted.I reseated that card multiple times. I reformatted that card multiple times. The phone continued to randomly reboot.I took out that SD Card and put in a second SD Card. The second card was the same specifications as the first. It was also new and had never been used in any other device. Once again, I formatted the SD Card in the phone and set it for only storage in the phone.Once

I have a samsung galaxy s8 and have been on cricket network for 8 years.  It has the latest security upgrades from Google/Samsung.   I bought an iphone Xr  for a family member last week on Total Wireless (Verizon network).  I cannot send a text to her.  Each time it says “Cricket here! Were are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination is not supported from your current location”. I also cannot call her.  It says “ Sorry, we could not connect your call. Please check the number.“ However she is able to call and text me without issues.  I contacted cricket and they said my phone is OK.  I contacted total wireless and said it must be my phone. I do not have any problems calling/texting coworkers with verizon/iphones.  Any suggestions?

Cricket? What is the issue with your autopay feature?

Help me understand this, I have the money for my bill. I asked you had a grace period, you say no and offer me bridge pay. Paying half now and half later. I say I don't need to do that and I have the money. Ok next day I get a text message stating you will process the payment through autopay.....I'm going to work when you send a message saying the payment didn't go through but I didn't see this until 2a this morning when you suspended my damn account. I'm a truck driver, I can't afford crap like this happening. That processing error is your mistake and I'm not paying an extra 15/16 dollars for your messed up software. Even in the text sent after, it said to pay $116..  call 611 and youve tacked on an extra fee. The hell, why am I paying an extra fee and its a day late..... and you conveniently suspended my account. What type of company does that to their customers.  To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.
