I placed an order for 2 iPhone 6s for my daughter and niece.... For some reason by me ordering after 2pm ET the order was placed the next day which was the 25th of February.... The 27th comes around and still no phones, I called to see what's the hold up, and was told it phones will be there tomorrow the 28th....That time comes and still no phones....So Saturday morning I called to find out that my phones was delayed at 5 in the morning..... Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... Calls cricket back and explain to them (still on the 4th)that I haven't received my order or refund so what the hell is going on! Next thing I know is a ticket is
So I called in to make a bridge pay. I selected bridge pay in the automated system but at the end after entering my card info it gave me an error message and attempted to transfer me to an agent. It processed my payment but did not apply it as a bridge pay extension and now my services are suspended. I am livid right now!!! I have kids that need to be able to reach me. Your system had an error and I demand my services be restored or I will go with another company. I also will get on every social site and share my experience. This has never happened. Now I have to wait until 9am before I can even speak to someone. That’s 9 hours of no service after I made the payment that I was supposed. I am BEYOND ANGRY!!!
I purchased a SamsungA52 on 12/5/21. Received the phone on 12/8/21 and installed the sim on 12/18/21. I went thru the activation process and the phone would not connect to the network. After spending an hour on the phone w/Customer service I was told that the chip was expired and that I needed to purchase a new one. Naturally, I refused and asked that Cricket send me a viable sim card and was told that was not possible. I want to know why. I saw another post on this community where the customer had a similar issue w/a bad sim.and it said that Cricket would be sending a new card. I want the same service.
I would like to switch to Cricket for their 100GB data plan but I am not able to find any hot spot with an IMEI that is compatible. All they seem to sell is an extremely low end 4g hotspot. I have asked for a list of compatible hot spots but no available at cricket (voice or chat) appears to even know what that means.
Had a problem with my wife’s phone, voice mail was not working correctly and we needed additional storage space. Took phone to local store, there were 3 other customers in the store and 1 clerk, who was trying to service everyone at the same time. I explained my issues and without even looking at the phone, she said the phone was old and could not be fixed and I had to buy a new one, and this one is the one I needed to buy. I asked for a model that was simple to use, but that request went right over her head. Asked if ALL of the photos and messages would be transferred over and was told yes. She transferred data, but not all as I was to find out later, she gave me the phone and a bag and said thanks. No intro to phone, I spent 2 hours sitting in the store trying to understand the phone. Had to figure out how to turn it on and off, answer the phone. When I tried to place a call I found the number for the phone was not correct, she had entered my number and not the number of my wife’s l
Cricket Free Msg: Important! Your current phone will no longer work when we shut down our 3G network in February 2022. We are here to assist with upgrade options. To help with the upgrade process, we may re-direct your call to customer service. After January 8th, we may temporarily suspend your service in order to speak to you. You can avoid service disruption by visiting https://www.cricketwireless.com/3Gshutdown, dialing 611, or visiting your nearest Cricket store. Thank you! I have two phones on Cricket for several years. Samsung S7 and Moto G Power. Both were unlocked versions purchased directly from the manufacturer in the USA. Last Friday I received text above on Samsung Galaxy S7 phone about network upgrade. Started looking into things and the IMEI numbers for both phones failed the upgrade check on both ATT and Cricket web sites. Both of these phones do 4G, LTE, and use voLTE/ARM-WB (HD Voice). As long as the device supports AMR-WB, then HD voice is possible on 4G. It’s
Just wondering why my note 20 is not compatible. I purchased from Samsung about 6 months ago. I put the imei in the search and says it won't work. Also have a note 10 that comes up the same. These are top notch phones and are 4g lte phones. Why is cricket doing this and are they going to make everyone purchase a cricket phone now?
I’ve been a loyal customer of Cricket for 7 years now and every time I try and order a new phone from the website I always have trouble. When I ordered 3 phones in March the issue was that the address I was using and address of card don’t match up. I was talking thru chat and finally got it to work somehow. Most of the time I have to go to a store and buy it that way. So this time I’m trying to add my son to my plan and the same thing happened. I even tried my boyfriends card and it says that his card isn’t valid but yet he has used it ordering stuff online all the time. You guys really need to get this figured out cuz I’m sure your losing customers and I’m not going to keep dealing with this. At this point I might as well pay more for phones and service thru your competitors to have to deal with this hassle. I know I’m not the only one with this problem and I have contacted Cricket on Facebook but got blown off. Figure it out your I go elsewhere.
I just bought a new device directly from Apple and transferred my service from my other Cricket device. I’ve been with Cricket since February 2015. I brought my own device to Cricket each time I upgraded. After this last transfer, I found out that Cricket has locked my device to Cricket, because I do not meet their criteria for unlocking. The criteria are that you must have had service with Cricket for at least 6 months, you must not be committing fraud with the device and you needed to purchase the device from Cricket. But, Cricket allows customers to bring their own device, it doesn’t say, but if you do, it will be locked to Crickets service forever. I brought in an unlocked device that could be used on any network, I’ve had service with Cricket for almost 7 years (which I believe makes me a pretty loyal customer). The first phone I brought to Cricket was not locked, now this second device is locked to Cricket and before I knew all of this I just activated a brand new unlocked
When I try to log back in I keep getting a “error occurred during iMessage activation” I know it’s not my iPhone for sure because I’ve brought it from another company to Cricket. Only the phone number changed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it also be the person who previously had this cricket phone number? Because I am still getting a lot of texts and FaceTimes asking for them. Maybe they are trying to claim the number still? I don’t know. Any help is appreciated. I have already tried resetting my network settings, updated to the latest iOS update, turned phone off and on, turned on airplane mode temporarily, turned off cellular data, I’ve tried everything. Taking it to Apple seems useless as I know for sure it’s not my phone. I’ve never had this issue before with the previous company and phone number.
I was new to the Bridge pay program when I got laid off the 11/20. Well, I paid my $90 and was supposed to pay again yesterday. Due to the holidays I forgot and paid $90 this morning. Nothing happened. Like I said I was new to this and probably misunderstood the concept, so I called customer service. They told me my $90 I just paid was kind of like a start over since I missed that day. They were kind and did help me out, but I'm quite upset they just acted like my first $90 didn't exist. When your laid off with three little ones to care for, every little bit matters! I was appreciative for their help, but considering I do not get a check until Dec 21st, I was hoping for my $90 back. I know it was my misunderstanding, but after being a customer for so long and with 4 lines attached to my account they might have a little holiday compassion and let a mom have her money back. Guess I'll just scrape the money together to pay it all up front from now on.. Happy Holidays everyone! 😊
I will be traveling overseas to London later this month and will have my Galaxy S8 with me. What, if anything, will still work while I am in the UK? Specifically, will I be able to make phone calls, send/receive text messages via roaming cell network? What about via wireless internet? Will I at least still be able to access the internet, or does my phone essentially become a brick outside the US, Canada, and Mexico?
I bought a cricket refill card yesterday at BestBuy. In opening silver label on the back of the card some numbers scratched off and are not readable. Bestbuy receipt has serial number listed but not the PIN. What options do I have? Do I need to contact BestBuy or Cricket Wireless? Can this be resolved by visiting cricket wireless store?
Today I changed my $55 core plan to $60 plan which includes 5G and internet speeds higher than 8mbps.for some reason I can’t make 5G work on my phone. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max which I bought unlocked at apple.I know my plan has changed because i can see higher internet speeds and hotspot enabled. But I can’t choose 5G as preferred network. All the options I have is 4G and LTE. I’ve followed directions from different agents at the tech support with no success. I reset network settings several times, I updated iOS to the latest version, they made some changes on the line as well, I gave them IMEI number, and also installed my SIM card in another iPhone 12 Pro Max unlocked but Still no 5G, only LTEany help would be appreciated
I chatted online with an agent before I bought the iPhone SE promotion. Now cricket told me that the information from that agent was wrong. There is nothing they can do. I will need to continue with $60 plan for 3 months before I can change it. The agent I talked to before purchasing the order clearly told me that I can change my plan anytime after activae my phone. Cricket should honor the information from the agent. Attached is the relevant chat history a few hours before bought the iPhone SE (Oct 24th) on Cricket, I would be happy to forward the whole transcript if needed: USER: I will have to subscribe for the $60 plan to be eligible, or could I change my plan after the first month AGENT (Ron): While placing the order you need to select $60 UL more AGENT (Ron): For 3 month to get the device at $0.00 AGENT (Ron): However as soon as your services are active you can contact us we can change the rate plan accordingly USER: okay I see, so I have to subscribe the $60 when I place the o

For 4 lines, I see that getting the unlimited core plan is the cheapest option. It is cheaper than the fixed 2gb and 10gb plans. Currently, I’m on a grandfathered 10gb plan for 4 lines for $100 a month, so unlimited core for $25/month for 4 lines is the same price. Is there any reason to not upgrade to the unlimited plan?Previously, I’ve avoided the core plan because of the throttled speeds, but now that the speed caps are removed from all the plans, I’m considering switching. On the plans page, the only downsides I see of the core plan instead of the 10gb plan are the 480p streaming and it says that data may temporarily be slowed if the network is busy. I’m fine with 480p video streaming on data, but I don’t want slower data. However, I read into the details page (https://www.cricketwireless.com/legal-info/mobile-broadband-information.html) about data speeds some, and, as far as I can tell, there’s no difference in throttling between the 2 plans: “Except for the Cricket More plan, Cri
