Anyway to change the 'order' of phone numbers on the account

So I started with Cricket wireless… and then we decided to go with a family plan.  However my husband’s number is now the ‘dominate’ number even though the account is in my name and I am paying the bill.  I wanted to get the mobile hotspot on my number/phone because of car trips with the toddler… however I can only add it to my husband’s number (and he never goes anywhere with the kids lol)

Is there any way to change the ‘order’ of the numbers so my number is dominate and I can access the mobile hotspot if I add it to my plan.  I do have a mobile hotspot device we got for road trips, but signing up for Cricket’s $10 addon is cheaper than adding data to the device through another carrier.
