App missing hotspot add button

Badge

The $10 add 15GB hotspot button has gone missing from manage features page in app. Page is blank now even after app update & reinstall. Tried adding thru website and it just deducts money from next month payment amount. How do we add more data if neither work?

Tnis has been happening to me, too. Sometimes I have to go to a browser rather than the app, other times, I have to contact an agent through chat. However, if it's after 11:00 p.m. (like it is at the moment) and I need to have data added, but am again just credited, I must wait until 7 am, as live person chat becomes unavailable after 11pm. 😥
