Blocked number going to voicemail

I have gotten 3 calls in 2 days from a spam caller, that has gone to my voicemail saying for me to get a refund call the above number. I have it blocked, but it still goes to my VM?

@shipper50 Thank you for visiting and posting on the Cricket Community Forum! We'd be happy to assist you, unfortunately the caller can still leave a private voicemail message if they are blocked. I found a link that may help with this issue. Hopefully it works for you:

How Ironic I got another call from another number that is blocked with HiYa the best android blocker in my opinion that's avail. But as with the other number that I have been told I cant post it went to my voicemail and didn't show up as a number that called, just in the voicemail. It seems to be a Cricket thing as HiYa works great for blocking calls.

 

Seems all of a sudden I and others are getting this call that says to get a refund call --- --- ----.

@shipper50 unfortunately there are a lot of scammers that are trying to steal personal information. We advise not to call them back.

Just got another call from 1-888--------- and went to a different voicemail. Did it ever dawn on anyone the inconvenience of getting these calls when out of the room and having to walk into the next part of the house to get them? It has nothing to do with calling them back..........
