They offer bring you,r own device but don,t tell you if you have android you lose wifi calling and over the air updates so you,ll never get new updates funny they offer this but cant fix the this issue.

@Tonyf No carrier offers software updates to BYOD phones. Their updates are coded specifically for their branded phones so the updates are not compatible with BYOD phones. I have heard that you can put a sim from the carrier your phone is from to get updates though. As for the Wi-Fi calling I think that is a compatibility issue too. There are both pros and cons to using BYOD phones.
