Call forwarding

I hope this is the right location. 

We have a home phone base station with consumer wireless and our cell phones are with Cricket. We can't forward the consumer wireless number to our cell phones. Is this because its a different carrier? Can anyone help?

Thank you! 

But the problem is forwarding our consumer cellular home base phone to our cricket wireless cell phones. I contacted consumer cellular 2 days ago, they contacted T-Mobile's engineering dept. bu the issue has not been resolved.
