Based upon the recommendation of our daughter, who’s had Cricket for years with excellent luck, my wife and I switched to Cricket a couple of days ago. That notwithstanding, our problem is this, we cannot email to text. We can, however, text to our email. Even replying to the received text gets kicked back. This is the message we get:
This seems to be an intermittent but reoccurring problem as it has worked in the past. I’m getting the same message now after emailing a text to my daughter, who has a smart phone. Any ideas why this should occur?
Our phones: TCL Classic 4058C Flip Phone
Email provider: Gmail
Text address format: email@example.com
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we email to text frequently.

Addendum: I believe this is on Cricket’s end because I tried to send from another provider and got nothing. No text to my phone and not even a message to my email.
