Cannot download apps, pdf files...nod

MMS not working...mmsc setting in apn keeps defaulting to sprint automatically. Had my unlocked lg g6 on consumer cellular for 2 years with NONE of the issues described. Also will not download any data...no apps...no pdf files...NOTHING

Thanks james....Setting the apn to cricket is no problem. The problem is that the mmsc setting changes from crickets to a sprint mmsc setting. The cricket apn mmsc setting changes to sprint AUTOMATICALLY....nothing else changes on the apn settings for cricket...I have saved the cricket setting...it still changes. I did a factory reset on the phone...it still changes. ...I just ported my # from consumer cellular to cricket and that is when this issue began.
