Cannot login to website or app

Badge

I can't login to my account through the website or the app. It always says my account service failed. I know I have service. I know my username and my password, but still nothing works. It always just stays on the login screen. 0/10 stars.

What you can do is contact customer care, you need just to update your secret question and then you will be able to set up a new password , in regards to your username that will remain the same :)

Never Underestimate the power of simply turning off the phone counting to 10 and then turning it back on. And then always check for a system update if that doesn’t work. If that one of those two, then I would just call in or stop into a store quick and ask for help.
