Change the phone number to specific number

I currently have the 5 line family plan. We don’t use all of them and I decided to give one to my friend. She is currently with T-mobile and she wants to keep her phone number. How should I do it?

Hey there @Charleneliuuu! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. She can port her current T-Mobile number over to your Cricket account. She would need her current wireless account number, pin/password/passcode to the account, last four of SSN, and the billing zip code on the account. She can also keep her current T-Mobile device, however, the device will need to be unlocked first. The process can be done at any Cricket retail location or online at www.cricketwireless.com.
