I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY EVERYTIME I TRY TO USE CHAT, MY ANSWER FROM CRICKET IS ALWAYS "I AM NEW", "I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR QUESTION". I EXPLAIN IT TO THE CUSTOMER REP IN TERMS A CHILD IN KINDERGARTEN COULD UNDERSTAND!! NONE OF MY QUESTIONS ARE ROCKET SCIENCE! 10 TRIES AND 10 FAILURES. THEN THEY HAVE THE GONADS TO HANG UP ON ME!! CRICKETS IDEA OF CHAT SUPPORT IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE. BUT, THEY SURE UNDERSTAND THE MONEY!!!
