I purchased a Lg style 6 phone and used my insurance because it was damaged. Now customer service has said because I used the insurance and paid $75 my insurance was dropped. After reading the insurance guidelines it read you have up to 3 claims within a 12 month period to still be under warranty. Every time I ask for a manager I'm put on hold then get disconnected.
