I went to the Cricket store to get phones that worked in my area because total wireless did not. I bought a flip phone, because my one from total wireless did not work with cricket. I got a LG Escape Plus and a LG Fortune 2 for free so we did not have to learn new phones as these matched mine and my daughters old phones. I was told the phone cases would be free if we bought screen protectors. screen protectors I bought at walmart were only 10.00 , so I paid 30.00 more than I thought. The alarms worked fine until the service ladies (2 different ones) changed the times. the times are wrong on the phones. shows 2 different times about 5 hrs difference. I paid 55.00 for first mo service. then 25.00 for service. then 10.00 for 1 month service. can not get notification to turn off but ringer does not work. I (on purpose) set the phones up to automatically renew on the 4th because we are on ssi. we get paid on the 3rd, and I get a notice that it will bill tomorrow which is the second. It will bounce and it will cost me an additional 35.00. not happy. glad I did not get an iphone like i was intending to do. and less than 1 month later you offer an iphone for 50.00 but i could not get that offer. very unhappy.
