I went to the Cricket store to get phones that worked in my area because total wireless did not. I bought a flip phone, because my one from total wireless did not work with cricket. I got a LG Escape Plus and a LG Fortune 2 for free so we did not have to learn new phones as these matched mine and my daughters old phones. I was told the phone cases would be free if we bought screen protectors. screen protectors I bought at walmart were only 10.00 , so I paid 30.00 more than I thought. The alarms worked fine until the service ladies (2 different ones) changed the times. the times are wrong on the phones. shows 2 different times about 5 hrs difference. I paid 55.00 for first mo service. then 25.00 for service. then 10.00 for 1 month service. can not get notification to turn off but ringer does not work. I (on purpose) set the phones up to automatically renew on the 4th because we are on ssi. we get paid on the 3rd, and I get a notice that it will bill tomorrow which is the second. It will bounce and it will cost me an additional 35.00. not happy. glad I did not get an iphone like i was intending to do. and less than 1 month later you offer an iphone for 50.00 but i could not get that offer. very unhappy.

I talked to the Mesquite office and they assured it would not bill until the 3rd. You now billed my bank account 2 days early, so I now owe the bank 35.00 above the bill.

Rosie Granado and I'm needing to get my phone number changed I've received idol threats towards me and my two kids that they are going to kill us I've reported it to the Levelland Police Department about the phone calls I was receiving the case number of the report is 19-77-199 the officer's name is Robert Davis 633 so please I need some help here my life and my two kids are in danger so I'm begging yall please I need my phone number changed as soon as possible please.

I go to this cricket in rancho Cordova in California  to only find out that a  unregistered  sex offender  works their Spanish fat guy so sad and felony as well I'm never going back I'd like to get into contact with the owner

Hello I want to file a claim my name is Martin conoz on July 16 I switched company, miss Yesenia villeda assisted me and wanted to file this claim for the reason that she asked me for all my information name email address and I saw the receipt, my name does not appear anywhere appears her name. WHY CRICKET IS ASKING ME FOR INDENTIFICATION and does not put the correct information, I call FRAUD putting the name of another person in my account to my number 

it was a mistake to have changed companies in no company had done this to me only here in CRICKET 

I went to ask for a bill of the account they ask me for identification and they tell me they can't because my name doesn't appear I need answers to this
