Cricket Call Defense vs HIYA

According the Cricket, I have a service called Cricket Call Defense which monitors and blocks spam calls.

Cricket also advertises the HIYA app, which appears to do the same thing as Call Defense.

Is HIYA even needed if you already have Call Defense?

Thank you for reaching out.  If you have call defense then you do not need HIYA.
