Cricket data is too slow

LTE data is very slow for me recently. I don’t know what’s wrong. Most of time download is less than 1 Mbps. Before pandemic, I remember it usually was about 6 to 7 Mbps. I tested using another virtual carrier, which also use AT&T networks, with the same phone same location almost same time, it has more than 10 Mbps. Please help. Thanks.

oh they know..they don't care..they just want to take your money and run. I'm supposed to have unlimited data..NOPE. Not the case at all.

My phone is slow lately. Also can you tell if my phone has a outside tap on it? I have all the things showing it may.
