Question

Cricket Protect will not accept my claim.

I'm not sure why, but when I tried to file a claim on my daughter's phone it says the phone is not eligible for this type of repair. I know i have insurance plan on her phone. I just bought it last month and I just need the screen fixed from an accident. I was hoping to not have to pay a fortune to get it fixed. Any suggestions?

So even though someone pays for insurance on their phone, cricket can basically deny to fix a broken screen if they want?  The main reason we pay for insurance is because of screen repairs.  So are you saying it depends on where we live if you guys can replace a screen on say an Iphone X? So looks like I'll not be paying for insurance anymore!!
