Yes, liberty will keep all at&t wireless service the same incluiding Net20 and Cricket wireless as reported by CEO from liberty Latin America.

A NJMCDirect Website ticket can be as annoying as your freshly worn sock getting wet yet paying for it at the station can give you far more taxation than earlier being fined with one.

Hi,

I live in PR and have Cricket 6-7 years ago, i have a question: the red provider in Puerto Rico Change?

Until Wednesday my cellphone said cricket (ATT-PR/Liberty Mobile) and since yesterday said Claro? When only said  cricket is per the Wi-Fi calling and I lost service all day.

Hi @rrr7 , we thank you for reaching out to Cricket Forum. May you follow these steps to enable international roaming.

Go to Settings >> Type on the ‘search’ box: ‘data roaming’ or 'roaming' >> Select the feature and enable.

Hi,

I receive a text last week and I enable the Data Roaming. My question is if Cricket change the red provider in PR for the last 6-7 years work in  the ATT Red or Liberty for the last 1 year and never have problems with service, the last two day I have Bad service, lost call, i return to 2010 when the company growing adding new antenna for more coverage.

Cricket I live in Puerto Rico too and the real question is simple. Why we are using roaming?. You are planning to give us the ATT/liberty signal coverage or you are going to change us to a new carrier?.

Hi,

We are having the same issue. Data Roaming is ON, but the only carrier "available" in PR is Claro. We need to know if your going to return to ATT/Liberty signal, or you are letting go the clients of the island.

I called to cricket and I talked to 3 different representatives and they sound lost. One told me maybe was because my phone was an unlocked phone. They don't even know what's happening here.

They ARE lost. My phone is one of the new HD Voice locked phones of Cricket and we are having the same problem: Claro.

One of the agents confirmed that the new network for PR will be Claro :(

We are already looking for other options, so "Bye Cricket" coming very soon!!

Will but they told you this would be for a while or like forever?.

I'm in Puerto Rico too and have used cricket for 6 years at least. I'm only receiving service from claro as well and it comes with a lot of interruptions. Will be looking for a new provider as well. Cricket does not provide answers to any questions about this.

Brosduty88,

The first agent confirmed that the change was effective (like forever with Claro).

Apparently my SIM card was damaged for about a week, so my line (1 of 4) was constantly suspended and I did not have the opportunity to try the service, but I talked daily with a representative. One of them told me that they are still "making test" to evaluate if they continue with Claro or return to the previous Network. The agent wrote my feedback about Claro and the horrible service's reception we have here, to have them in case other clients have the same difficulties. I don't know if Liberty changed or finalized the agreement with Cricket, but I think Cricket soon or later will continue with agreements with Claro for Puerto Rico's clients.

That a shame and a sad thing because cricket was great but now they suck here in PR. I'm looking for a family plan at an affordable budget to change from cricket because I can't deal with Claro. Internet sucks and is super slow.

Regardless, it's exquisite information. Investigating from gifted music makers is a really fulfilling experience regardless considering the way that they have staff to help with heaps of assessment, changing, etc. MyFlorida Access
