Data not working

For the last 2 months my data has not been working. Data is being deducted from my account as usage, but no websites or social media apps will load/update when I try to use my data. Even when a new month starts and my data is replenished, I still cannot access websites or any social media. Why is this happening? The same thing is happening with the other 2 lines I have. Did cricket data change or slow down to non existent?

The tower outage/repair is a convenient excuse to poor service by Cricket. No one else at my job that have different service providers are experiencing the inability to use their data. The service from Cricket has decreased drastically in the last few months   Time to find another provider. I cannot continue to not have a service that I pay for with no resolution from the service provider.

I switched to a different provider and ‘whalah’ my data is working in the same location with “down towers” no problem. It’s not the towers. Cricket just uses that as an excuse for their poor network.
