I just paid my bill on September 18, 2022 and I recieved a text message from Cricket stating my Data Usage was getting low and that was within a couple days after paying off my total bill. I pay my total bill on time every month and this same thing happened last month and now a few days later my phone is saying slow date usage and just spins buffering out of control. This is not acceptable, especially when I don't even use their data each month I use my own from my own personal internet at home on my roommates acct. AND WHAT HAPPENED TO UNLIMITED DATA USAGE ANYWAY!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEED TO FIX THIS MISHAP OR I'M CHANGING MY SERVICE CARRIERS.... I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 12+ YEARS YOU CAN LOOK ME UP.... YOU HAVE MY ##...
