I havent h0ad it 2 months and it wouldnt stay connected to the internet. Now after updating the screen is black and has a red triangle on it that says device is corrupt and shuts down. It cant be factory reset. Im getting a run around on getting a replacement. I get hung up on or told to do things ive repeatedly done. I just want it replaced and not with another dream.

It wont go into recovery mode just shuts off

fix the issue. my cricket dream will not connect to any wifi network. now it needs software update.
I have a cricket dream.got it about a year ago.this last update has screwed this phone up,it constantly says program has stopped working.now as of today it started to minimize the window I have pulled up.another issue I've been having is that I use my phone to clock in and out of work,it will tell me I'm not in my area to be able to clock in and out sometimes.i don't think it is fair we have to put up with these crappy phones and pay a bit load for being a customer just to get a different phone. Even for the " free phone upgrade" they aren't free.
PS: the other thing it does randomly is open websites, don't even have to touch the phone it will do it.
