I didn't get the FEMA Presidential Emergency text message that was sent to all U.S. cell phones this afternoon (10/3/2018. I have a Cricket plan and phone. Just wondering how many Cricket customers got this emergency text alert

Even though both Cricket and Motorola support presidential alerts I also do not receive them. In my app settings presidential alerts and the ability to turn them off and on is shadowed out yet I have full access to other types of alerts: weather, Amber, state/local alerts, etc. I have made numerous calls about this only to be hung up on or told because my number is registered with the Federal Do Not Call list. To say I am frustrated about this is like calling Biden a president.
I didn't get one either. I have cricket service but I brought my own phone. I bought it unlocked brand new at Best buy it is a Samsung j7
